It’s been such a smooth process ever since we started. Iv never had any issues with any staff members not meeting my child or our families needs."

"This really, really pains me. But "Miss Laura" should not be in charge of answering phones, charging accounts or making decisions about who can and cannot come to class. We get ESA for our kids. My daughter has been coming here for a really long time and my son recently joined. It has been touted as a family centered person-focused establishment. That was our experience, until Miss Laura. We are moving in April out of state. After our daughters 6 month membership (which was billed through ESA direct) ended since we knew we were moving out of state, we asked the staff at 2knuckle if they could bill ESA direct for one more month of membership. They agreed. Vendor reimbursement through ESA is fairly quick at around 45 days (per "miss laura"). Today 2knuckle charged our card, putting us in a pickle. My husband was informed at my daughters class it was a mistake and they meant to bill ESA direct but we can just file for reimbursment. I informed him that ESA reimbusement will not come in before we move out of state and once we move our kids' ESA account will be closed, and we will never see our $182 again. We both called the dojo in an attempt to resolve. "Miss Laura" answered the phone. We explained the situation and rather than saying "yes, I can refund your card" she told us that she feels if she refunded our card that she has to disenroll my daughter from her classes because "we might not get our money" because we are moving in April. She then confirmed ESA turnaround for vendor reimbursement is 45 days at which point I told her supplies to parents for ESA is taking months and reimbursement is probably taking just as long. And our account will be closed before that refund check is issued. Miss Laura denied this and claimed (turns out, dishonestly) that parents have told her they get next day reimbursement from ESA for expenditures. First off, my husband and I have both worked for the gov. so we knew automatically this was false. In due diligence I contacted ESA after "Miss Laura's" phone call and parent reimbursement is backed up to NOVEMBER of 2023. She continued to become more condescending throughout the call and seemed to imply we are trying to skate out without pay. Yet, we've eaten the cost for every manual and belt because they wont direct bill ESA for that. But we can't eat $182 on this day, which, I'll remind was never supposed to be billed to our card anyway. So we aren't POS con artists trying to skate out on payment. "Miss Laura" kept saying "I would have refunded your money but then you told us you're cancelling ESA so we won't get our reimbursment". My husband and I, with our kids hearing it all, attempted over and over to explain "no, we aren't going to cancel ESA, when we leave in APRIL earliest, ESA will be closing our account due to relocation, but you will still get your money with a 45 day turnaround for vendor pay ....whereas parents aren't getting anything for months and months and we will be gone before we get reimbursed" Also continued to remind her our card wasn't supposed to be charged. She just dug her heels in more. It's funny how she is questioning our integrity but was quick to tell what has been revealed as a falshood that "soooo many parents" getting reimbursed "the next day". So to get our money back, my daughter has to leave, without getting to say goodbye to all the friends she has made after 2 years at this dojo. I had to take my son off too because I"m not going to send him to class and keep my daughter home. Although my main problem was with "Miss Laura's" offensive attitude and dishonesty in managing an accidental billing, it was clear there were other people at the dojo in the background who couldve interceded but didn't, so what I wouldve given 5 stars for (family, human centered program that actually cares about my kids) I have to discount, since that is not the motivation of this dojo, instead it's money. Profit over people. Edit: found out "miss laura" was actually a woman named Brittany calling herself "miss Laura". Doesn't change anything, just makes it more awful"

"I can’t recommend this place enough. We enrolled our son in the Super Lil’ Ninjas class and he looks forward to it every time. He’s improved so much and has so much fun. Senpai Chloe and Senpai Cheyenne are the absolute best and are so great with kids."

"Good times at 2 Knuckle Sports! Myself and 4 kids attend weekly classes and it has been so much fun! We have experienced Improved focus, better teamwork and better shape! Great place for families to work together and unite! Definitely recommend"
