"Therapist forgets to write down our appointment; I waited over an hour for no reason. Therapist then scheduled appointment but didn’t accept the co-pay amount. Therapist then STOPS scheduling appointments all together and STILL hasn’t informed me of the proper amount required, based off insurance. Unorganized, disappointing and contributes the opposite of supposed services."
