"I normally go to the lake pleasant location but this location happened to be more convenient this particular visit. The office had just opened and no one was in the lobby but it still took almost an hour to be seen. I’m not sure how Dr. Marco has so many good reviews on here, maybe she does better with smaller kids then older ones but I have never met a Dr with less bedside manner. She was extremely unwelcoming and after every word I said she responded with “uh huh”. I couldn’t get more then one word said without feeling like I was being rushed to hurry up. Every concern I had she dismissed, without so much as a follow up question or asking for more details. I had to practically fight for bloodwork and two referrals. All three of my kids have gone to Pleasant Pediatrics for years and I’ve never had such a difficult encounter with a provider. To make things worse she never submitted the referrals, it’s been over a week so I finally called and was told she didn’t complete them. What was the point of this visit if nothing was done?! I wasn’t even told where to get his bloodwork done or given a lab order. I’ll be looking for another practice with a pediatrician who actually cares."

They make everything so easy and convenient to the point they provide certain services to caregivers which is something I’ve been suggesting to pediatricians for years."
