Her knowledge is incredible, her sense of deeply knowing and understanding what we each need as patients, medically, psychologically, and emotionally is a gift that she possesses. "I know how hard this kind of job must be, so I'm very polite, but that doesn't excuse poor professionalism they portray. They've messed up my prescriptions multiple times, causing delays in receiving my meds. Each time I've tried to call, send a message through their portal, or show up in person they either ignore me and try to push me away as fast as possible or put in as little effort into problem solving their own mistakes. This has done nothing but delay proper health service, severs trust with their patients, and gives them a bad reputation. I'd be happy to correct this opinion one day if I see they turn themselves around."

"Went there when Dr. Beggy was there. The first 2 years were good. Then the nurse practitioner I was assigned to retired and they switched me to another n-p. She told me that I was going to do what she wanted and did not care what I wanted. When I said, no, she cursed me and stormed out of the room. Then the office didn't even care about what she had done, Dr. Beggy included. Worst Doctor appointment ever. Never went back, death would've been better than the treatment I received. If I could, I would have given a negative # of stars, even zero would be too many."

"This clinic has the worst front desk staff for a medical office. Do not get your appointment booked between 12:00-1:00pm. They made mine for 12:45 and didn’t open their door until 1:00pm and cancelled my appointment for being late. They then proceeded to act like the had the door open the whole time even though multiple patients were attempting to get in the door. Not to mention when I (female) showed my military ID for insurance purposes they didn’t not want to take it because they said I needed to be the policy holder. I explained I was the service member and policy holder and they said no that they needed my husbands. I do not have a husband and I was in uniform in my ID card. This was about a year ago but It made me mad enough to remember and write this review."

"My first visit to see a doctor in over 18 years. I will say the Paloma Medical Group on Valencia was absolutely amazing. Very customer service driven. Dr. Mulligan was absolutely great very down to earth and transparent. He will now be my primary physician. Thank you for making my first experience a great one. "Especially the ladies in front" they deal with upset and sick patients all day and they remain calm and keep their professionalism. Thank you Paloma medical group for your excellent service."
