"Went in to mail a FedEx ex package. 100% ready to go. The guy said just leave it on counter I will get it. I said I will wait because I want a drop off receipt. He then proceeds to tell me every reason why I don't need one. I politely said I will wait for a receipt and he rolled his eyes and stated I dont understand what he's saying. I'm not leaving a package with anyone that has a very expensive item in it. Was just quite rude."

"Do not use this man. I went today with an unwrapped item I knew weighed 2.8lbs. I asked him to weigh it for shipping. His scale does not have a total that points to the customer, only to him. I asked him several times to give me the weight of that item on the scale. He then told me 4 lbs was the weight. I knew that was wrong. I said, "Are you sure?" He stated several times the weight was 4 lbs. I knew his weight was really off and I walked out."
