Our doctors are affiliated with Banner Desert, Banner Ocotillo, Mercy Gilbert, and Chandler Regional Hospitals, ensuring seamless care for our patients. While we offer evening appointments until 4:45PM on business days, our providers are not available for appointments after that time.

"The incompetence of the office staff is not worth wasting your time with at the Chandler location. I made my appointment for this test months ago and came in early to finish filling my bladder for this flow test. Only to find out, at my appointed time and after I had consumed 85 ounces of fluids that the test machine was broken last Friday. WHAT?!?!? Why the receptionist didn't say that it was broken when I got there to check in? Even better, a phone call last Friday to reschedule when it broke would be the best. Terrible waste of my time."
"I would actually give them no stars if that was an option!! I was called up to the window to turn in my paperwork & because I had like 30 seconds left to finish, they rescheduled my appointment!! Rosa at the front desk came off really rude & I told her she needs to work on her customer service. She rolled her eyes at me!! I've NEVER in my life had my appointment rescheduled for needing 30 more seconds to finish paperwork!! Rosa was also rude to an elderly man after I went up the first time to register. Mind you, I drove all the way from Maricopa. This location was very unprofessional & I will be going to the Ray Rd. location for my rescheduled visit!!"

"Great Dr’s and PA’s office staff has been very accommodating and supportive. Office was very busy but was very efficient so wait was minimal. I have had such horrible experiences with their competition down the street, it was so refreshing to be respected as a human as well as valued as a client. Thank you Dr Patel and all the staff!"
