"When I tried to return my rental, it wouldn't pull up that I had even rented anything so then I was charged a 20 return fee for something I could have done myself it had even been an option. Wouldn't pull up in the app or online when I entered in my account information. I will say the employee working this location had been very nice when i picked up the rental. I would highly recommend making sure that you plan to return your rental before office hours close to avoid the fiasco that I ended up trying to deal with for about 30min before I gave up."

"If I could give negative stars I would. Due to the failure to do the bare minimum of the job I had to try get 3 different trucks resulting in a $100 credit-- never given. Apparently called a stolen vehicle report on me as well even though I called and left details Of my delayed return. There is a reoccurring, fraudulent theme with these guys. Like a few other reviews here I dropped off my truck, then was told I'd get a call to close out my rental. I never received a call but I sure got a $570+ charge attempt on my card. I contacted after hours chat and they told me it's due to missing/damaged equipment. The u-haul was damaged upon pickup, after one location failed to drop the keys in the locker for me to pick up my van, then I was reassigned to this location that boxed my 2nd attempted rental in where I couldn't get out. I finally got this damaged, rundown truck with no gas, I used it a total of 17 miles, to my apt, to my storage and back to the uhaul. No place to cause damage or lose anything. I will now be forwarding the photos of both the boxed in truck and damaged truck to the attorney General, contact my lawyer and use the other reviews as supporting evidence of the dishonesty. I should have refused the truck and I know I will never do business with this place again."

"Came to refill propane. They were able to do this for me. Not much more to say?! Just kidding…I always have more to say… But seriously, I get my refills here all the time. Quick and efficient. PROTIP: They can only refill canisters less than 12yrs old. They actually stamp the requirements into the handle on the ones I have. Happy burning folks!"
