"We've been using Pack & Ship Plus for 11 years. We actually moved 10 minutes further away 7 years ago and STILL depend on this shop to take care of holding our packages because the service is so good. The owner takes care of our packages and mail as if they are her own and is unfailingly friendly and courteous when we stop by each week to pick up."

"Very personal and friendly owner. Convenient for many services. I send out packages and the owner is very accommodating every time. When she isn't busy. She seems to get confused with names and address in the system. So you have to correct and help her. This is an update the owners attitude changed and wow was I shocked to have such a bad experience. Getting copies made. When I went home an important page was missing so I had to return. The owner got defensive even when I return looking for my original paper. She was with another customer and insisted that nothing was left behind. So I looked around the area where the copy machine was myself. Knowing when I walked in it was all in my hands this was the only place I was at besides my home. This was a legal paper for my bank!!! Unfortunately my review had to reflect the truth. This was not professional at all. The store is dumpy inside and feels more like a second hand store. I give everyone equal opportunity to do a job. Not a place for me anymore."
