"My grandmother (Janice R.) saw Dr. Knudsen at Thomas dermatology. The emotional load that this ”doctor” has placed upon my grandmother is unreal. My grandmother has a history of skin cancer and has had several Mohs procedures done. The most recent one was having a hard time healing. Dr. Knudsen insisted at three different visits that her growth on her most recent biopsy site was scar tissue. At the 1st visit due to the site not healing, Dr. Knudsen gave her triamcinolone 0.01%. She went back the second time and was given muprosin ointment. At 3rd visit she gave her cephalexin (Keflex), and there was still no improvement. She went to a different clinic in Bullhead, and they performed a punch biopsy. We just got the results back yesterday, and the “scar tissue” is actually squamous cell carcinoma. My grandmother is about to have another procedure done to hopefully remove the cancer. This woman is negligent and apparently has no issue gaslighting her patients. I understand one mistake, but three separate times for the same issue is absurd. I’m not sure if she gets a bonus for preforming treatments, or what her motivation is, but her motives are not in the interest of her patients. Please do not recommend her to your family members."

"Been trying to schedule an appointment with these people 7 voice mails I have left in two weeks with no call back. referral was faxed 2 separate times and still nothing. This office is a joke specially when it comes to life threatening situations. As is my case. Good luck if you choose this office."
