"We had scheduled an appointment for our son the week prior for a Monday morning appointment at 8 AM. At 7:58 AM the day of our appointment, we received a phone call stating that our insurance was no longer accepted. My low review is for the fact that there was ample time for them to run a pre authorization days before, and would have saved us having to get a sitter for our other child, missing work, school, etc. It isn’t their fault that our insurance did not have a contract, but it is unfortunate their staff couldn’t give us more than 2 minutes notice while we were already sitting in the lobby."
"Matt is the best!! He is the only doctor that was able to actually help my son with his asthma and allergies. At one point of time Matt called to check on him because of how severe he was. Now my husband and my other kids see him as well. as far as the staff, everyone is super nice. I have small children and go to the office a few times a week and everyone is always so nice and understanding (keeping a 2 & 4 year old sitting for 30 minutes is hard!)"
