"This post office will not deliver package mail to my address. Fourth class mail is not delivered either. Mail in envelopes is given to my landlord and he distributes it when he gets good and ready. I have complained, and the other tenents have too. Nothing is done to fix it. The postmaster is unbelievably rude."

"I've heard some of the stupidest excuses from this branch. Today being just another day. I purchased something online and have been tracking it. Today is Monday November 13th. I received 1 of the 2 packages I was expecting and both were purchased at the same time from the same business. Both shipped at the same time. I had a normal car show up and a young girl dressed normally got out and went to my mailbox. Curious I went out and asked if she needed help and she said she was delivering mail. I only received half of my packages that were out for delivery. I told her she was missing a package to which she said I don't have it, it might be in a different truck and you should receive it tomorrow or weds. I called this branch asking about this strangeness and was told since Saturday was a holiday they can't deliver the mail properly cuz it's backed up (1 day holiday was Saturday). Still have no answers and excuses were lame at best. Guess we need to change their motto to "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds* *unless there was a holiday the prior delivery day in which case who knows when you'll receive your package""
