"One of the male baristas was very rude to me and another customer after me. Also got my drink order wrong."
"The Barista, Mario, needs a raise! He follows special instructions, is fast, always friendly and starts our order when he sees us walking through the door! Usually there past 2:00 pm. I would've given 5 stars, but Mario is not the only one working there. All other employees could care less if you have 1/2 a cup of foam, even though I order without! The place is usually very clean."

"There was a sick employee making the drinks. This person did have a mask on but was coughing hardcore through it without using extra precaution by coughing into their elbow. If you are going to allow someone to work while sick then they should probably just work the register rather than have them be making drinks and coughing over them."
"Someone should clean the items for sale made me change my mind on purchasing a coffee a little dusting would go a long way. This is just the stuff for sale outside the counter. But it was enough to make me wonder what it looked like behind the counter ."
