"The units include things that are options or upgrades in other projects. Window Blinds, Ceiling fans, upgraded baseboards and epoxied garage floors. Oh, and I almost forgot, Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The units look great and the project is a true jem on the light rail. The construction is first quality and the floor plans are fantastic."
