"I have debated whether to leave a review or not because being a small business owner myself i get that not every customer is going to be pleased or can be helped....that being said...i cant recommend Yuma Vision Center. We had a very good experience with the optometrists but the office management ruined our experience. My husband had a difficult rx and was frustrated with their response and their guarantee. I think they interpreted "guarantee" differently. His last pair had the bi focals too high so they sat right at eye line instead of slightly lower but because of all the revisions that had to be done to his lenses and a disagreement over costs the management told him not to come back so cant give them the chance to right the wrong...That just isnt a healthy way of dealing with a disagreement, especially if you want people to trust their eyesight and money to your company. Refusing a customer service should be reserved for abusive clients which my husband is not....all over whether a bill should be $15 or $80. Management should be about managing a situation not about amputating a problem. Very disappointed because the rest of the staff and docs were great, but management was uncommunicative and agressive."
