"If you want your 40k plus sxs serviced here, take your business elsewhere, they literally put on the oil filter with air tools, took over 80ft lbs of torque to get it off and it impacted it for awhile to break it loose. Fair to say that it was FAR exceeding factory spec, as they told me stab it with a screwdriver to get it off, these guys are real “PROFESSIONALS “ didn’t care at all that I was struggling after they were the last ones to work on it..save yourself a headache by replacing broken stuff and just go elsewhere. They didn’t lubricate the gasket on the oil filter either! Of course they have to cover their butt by saying that’s not their process yet they can’t even simply put on an oil filter at 20 ft lbs… the service department told me figure it out basically, not even a hey we’re sorry you are struggling even with the proper tools, they are a joke! I’d rather take it to some backyard mechanic than overpay for sub par work."

"WOW. 2 stars only because I hope service dept is good but, WOW! The Only Powersports store in Yuma with no competition to point out how broken their system is. Glad their sales dept isn’t hungry if not we would’ve left with new toys. You’re not getting hit on hun. I have genuine questions about my ride. I don’t care that you’re wearing a dress. Haven’t felt that “What are you doing here, stop bothering me” energy in any other place. Definitely needs some competition in town to give them a run for their money. Or, maybe some customer service & sales training."
