"I've been here for over a year. Every time I've need help, they have been willing to work with me. One time, I forgot to put our mail on hold while we were out of town. I couldn't figure out how to put the mail on hold over the website. I called the Kanab post office and they were able to put it on hold over the phone. That is 1 out of many examples I've had with the Kanab post office. I know sometimes they sign for packages that got delivered. They will usually deliver them the next business day, since they received them later in the day. Thanks Kanab post office staff for always delivering our mail."
"Needed to get something shipped last minute before their way early closing time. The lady there threw a fit about the "wrong" sticker so I ended up leaving not shipping my item out. I've used this exact sticker multiple times when shipping the exact same items, shes the first person to throw a fit about it. Not a good way to be for a small town post office. Two thumbs down, will never visit again."
"I was reminded of great customer service yesterday. The girl (her name started with a B?) that helped me came around the counter and helped me find the right box for my prepaid postage. I felt completely at ease and she did everything with a smile. I told her I would be back!"
"The recent change in personell has brought the "happiness" factor up at the Kanab Post Office. The new staff is pleasant, personable and efficient. Suzy, the new postmaster, has gone out of her way several times in the past 6 months to provide me and my business customer service beyond what one would expect from a government institution."
