"Awful service that I had ever experienced. The ladies were unhappy and rude. You should not tread customers like that. First of all , The lady who served my food said “disgusting “ in front of my face. Second, we were first in line, but the lady decided to take care of the men behind us. The WORST subway service. If you don’t like your work , you should change it."
"We received 2 terrible sandwiches. Old bread, slimy meat, and browning lettuce. The staff was not interested in customers and didn't even know what to put on the sandwiches we ordered or how much to charge. Lastly, they said, "we're out of ham. We'll we don't have any sliced." It's a sandwich shop!! No sliced? Then go do it! We frequent Kanab, but we will not be frequenting this store."
"The operation of this Subway is shocking. Having two service lines and registers I am shocked with how slow and inefficient the service is. None of the staff seem happy or willing to provide quick service. I’d rather go to Honey’s Marketplace across the street for their sandwiches that are cheaper and made quick with a smile."
"Loved visiting this location, especially after a horrible experience at a Subway in Page AZ (see that review!). The staff here was friendly, very efficient, and polite all the way. They handled so many customers quickly and they didn't rush anyone or treat them in a rude manner. Would certainly come back!"
