"First time owning a Spa so there was a lot of research that went into the purchase. Decided to purchase from Red Rock Spas in Mesquite and the experience was exceptional. Jason who is in sales at the Mesquite store was extremely helpful in making the experience from the purchase thru installation a very easy process. He is a great guy and an asset to Red Rock, any questions about the operation were always answered quickly and he has a wealth of knowledge in the spa industry. The installation crew which included electrical was done professionally and quickly. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Everything from start to finish by anyone that we dealt with from Red Rock was top tier and would highly recommend them. We had a few minor maintenance items that were completed quickly and any questions that we had about the operation were explained in detail. Highly recommend."

"UPDATE: Alex came out on September 22nd and we all decided the best solution was new insulation. Today the crew who put the new insulation in was fantastic Purchase the hot tub was fairly easy but for the price was different on paperwork then what the owner had quoted us. Our hot tub developed a leak 40 days after the purchase. We called and they responded very quickly but unfortunately the repair was done very unprofessional. They torn out the insulation as you can see in the picture. We now have noise in one corner, that was not there before"
"Very professional, accommodating, and precise. Just bought a new home with a hot tub, no manual or instructions from the seller- within a week we’re up and running! Spencer was the tech that came out for the service call and demonstrated what needs to be done. Even sold me all the chemicals I needed so this old lady didn’t have to go to the store, remember everything and waste time and gas! Pretty Awsome"
