"Myself and 2 others walked in with a line already formed, only 2 working in the back and 2 taking a break. The employees taking the break noticed the line and slowly got behind the counter to start helping. We stood in line for at least 15 minutes waiting to be helped. There was no organization in management, there was contention between employees and an uncomfortable environment to be in. I would not recommend going here at any time if the day. P.s. - this was at 9pm on a Wednesday night."
"Ran out of pork and black beans. Staff couldn’t figure out how to let people order other proteins and expected everyone to wait 2 hours for pork to arrive. Garbages overflowing in the store."
"Love Cafe Rio, but I was so disappointed with this location. I had to wait 30 min for my online order. When I walked in, they let me know that there was 1 order in front of me. While waiting for my order, there had to be 15-20 groups that walked in and got their orders before me. I watched many employees standing around waiting to assist those who walked in. My queso was to spicy to even eat."
"Just an hour outside of Las Vegas is Mesquite NV where there’s an gem called Cafe Rio. This hidden gem has amazing prices for food. You can get all day breakfast and amazing service. Plenty of parking for handicap easily accessible for anyone. Lots of slots to play on and plenty of shopping for the ladies."
