"Service was great. She was very helpful. Food was good but not great. Fries need to be cooked a bit longer but a lot of food for a decent price."
"We have gone here several times, and I honestly wish I had better things to say. Every time I have visited the service has been super slow, to the point I have actually backed out of the drive thru at least one time due to waiting at the order box for about 10 minutes when they asked me to "wait a moment". Last night, we had an issue where we ordered a $10 burger and received the $3 jr bacon cheeseburger. They did not provide a receipt and rolled their eyes when we asked them to make it right. We did eventually get the correct sandwich after insisting, but it is irritating that they did not provide the correct items the first time, especially after charging us for the right thing. I would only recommend going here if you're out of other options or you are willing to accept attitude and the wrong items."
"LITERALLY the worst place possible.I always order the most simple food. The other day I order a cheeseburger and the 2 tacos. I repeated it 3 times and I even saw my order in the screen and even heard it repeated back to me . and still my order is wrong. Whats worse is that I was the only car there so there is no excuse for such bad service. Its happened 3 times. I usually don’t get mad but it has happened way to many times. And I was the only car there. I write this review late because I been debating whether or not to write this cause i don’t like to make a big deal but it has happened 3-6 times already."
"Completely messed up our order and it was a basic order. Not only did they mess up the order but the tacos weren't even heated up. They were ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. It was nasty. I love Jack in the box but I will NEVER come back to this location. The Employees are obviously completely incompetent."
"This place is nasty…. Ordered the mega munchie box. Only got one box of chicken nuggets. Had to go back inside the box of nuggets are burnt and hard. The tacos are nasty burnt. We got two kids meal and the burger takes like chicken. My kids burger has weird white stuff on it. The churros are burnt and only got 4. It’s pretty pathetic. Definitely getting my money for this. Do not come here!!!!"
