"I have to give one star review on this store because the horrible experience I had . I was trying to ship a defective product to Amazon. The lady first told me no box can fit and then said $80 is the box plus the shipping fee. Since Amazon will refund the cost I accepted it. Then she said no box can fit and refused to help. The item is quite heavy. I have to carry it to another UPS store and they are more than happy to help me. The total cost was only $9. That lady apparently tried to overcharge me and then refused to help??? will never go there again."

"Waited in line for a few minutes because there was a frustrated customer that lost her temper. The owner / the staff handled the situation really well. He patiently explained the shipment would cost her money if shipped in a UPS store but would be free of charge if shipped at a UPS hub. Although the customer couldn’t understand the differences and got upset, the owner kept a good tone and politely assisted the rest of the customers. Returned my Amazon package within a minute after it was my turn with the QR code."
"Super friendly and excellent customer service. What I like about this store is they always have at least 2 people on the floor to help so the wait time is hardly anything and at times 3-4 people unlike other ups stores. Prompt service and they know their job very well. You can tell they care!"
"Extremely friendly staff that is super quick when it comes to taking care of my returns. I was able to get in and out of there within 5 minutes even though I had 3 big boxes to return. The place is neat and would have anything needed with respect to delivery and packages. Would definitely recommend coming to this location if you want to ship or do returns."
