"A scheduled deliver was to happen this Friday afternoon 3pm-6pm and called them just before six, as no calls from them. They didn't answer the phones, so called scheduling from the corporate office and found out my items were on the truck trailer but not on the truck to deliver to me. They said no driver to bring it to my home. I hope they don't have a staffing problem. I don't know what truly happened, but got ahold of a person in Phoenix on Monday and they delivered the items today, Wednesday. I hope they improve their customer communication."

"I have had horrible experience with them. I placed an ikea business order a week ago. I was supposed to receive the delivery in two days. They rescheduled my delivery 3 times without informing me. I found it when I called to check status of my delivery. I had to pay extra for the assembly as they kept changing my delivery dates without informing me. The last time I called the person told me to not call them again. One time I waited the whole delivery window, no one came and they just put down delivery failed without any explanation."

"Why are these people in business if they do not know anything about logistics? All the calls go to a call center in India and those people do not know anything more than you. I placed a furniture order with IKEA, who apparently, contracts with TForce for delivery. They did not show up, without any notice, on two scheduled delivery dates so far and now are telling me that they are "waiting for a manual event from Ikea". Yes, read that again. The first time they did not show up because they "did not have a delivery driver". Newsflash: logistics implies that you find delivery drivers."

"If I could I’d give them a 0. I had to take 2 days off work to wait for this delivery. They drove by address, twice, and decided not to deliver. The driver decided not to deliver to me at my appointment time, between 8 and noon. Their customer service did everything that could but the Phoenix location goes home early and doesn’t care about the people they deliver to. Update. We had to drive the 70 miles to there yard to pick it up. They didn’t want to deliver until the next week which would have been to late for my job. When we got there we waited 20 minutes and they still did not produce my package. We then found Bud who went out of his way to find my package and load it into my pickup. The Driver/ Doc hand was great. At least there is one person there that cares about the customer. THANKS AGAIN BUD."

"No one picks up the phone and their automated phone system is faulty. My order did show up on time but they didn’t do their research and sent the wrong type of truck. The driver was awesome, he waited for a pick up truck to arrive and helped offload my order. The driver gets all 4 stars! A company that doesn’t have people available to speak to, isn’t a reputable company in my opinion."
