"I got my pilots license with Chandler Air Service. I stopped renting their airplanes as they seemed to be broken around 1/3 of the time. The most recent time I tried to go flying there, they had lost the key to the airplane. They wasted 1.5 hours of my time, and when I asked how they would make that up to me, they said they wouldn't, and that "these things happen". I was willing to put up with the bad customer service when they were inexpensive, but now they are on the more pricey side, but still with the same ancient, poorly maintained airplanes."
"A shout out to Scott, Chris and all the nice folks at Chandler Air Service. I was visiting the area for a couple days and pulled up to their hangar unannounced to get a small issue repaired before flying back to Los Angeles in my Grumman Tiger. After their fast and friendly service, I was safely on my way back home. Definitely recommend these guys."
