"I’ve been a patient there since 2028. Excellent care overall except in one area and that would be their overall phone system. Rarely, if ever do I actually get an actual human being when calling. And if I leave a voicemail for a scheduler it could be days, if ever, that I’ll hear back from them, As far as getting hold of a nurse due to chemo side effects etc, the phone response is about the same. At one point I saw that they replaced all of their phones and thought that maybe that would solve the problem. Nope. I have basically almost completely given up on ever calling them…. I just drive there. I get monthly port-draws and I make sure I make any and all future appointments before I leave… considering the amount of money this place must be making and seriousness of cancer, I would hope that they fix their phone system! I have complained numerous times to people in charge to no avail… To be fair, maybe they’ve fixed this problem by now. I would know, since I’ve pretty much abandoned calling for at leas a year."
