"Very disappointed of Dr. Recio and medical staff. I called several times begging for a call back from Dr. Recio or his medical assistant to inquire on my Father’s health as he was hospitalized and had a pending appointment with Dr. Recio-Boíles to which he would not be able to attend. I never received a call back from either one, my Father passed away from cancer a week in half ago, and I have yet to get a call back. Where is this compassionate and caring doctor? I was desperately asking for help, asking for just a call back, a call that I never received, but reality came first, within a couple of weeks all my answers were there, as I slowly lost my father to cancer."
