"For a “higher education center”, I rate them incompetent. I’m an older life long learner with a Master’s degree and have never encountered such ignorant, unhelpful personnel in my life. I registered for a welding class and was given minimal assistance. When I get told by a friend that the course start date is delayed by 10 days, but the college never notified anyone. When I log into their website, I search my account but there are no classes registered. I called the Registrars Office and they had no idea, so they sent me to “Lifetime Learning/Non Degree Program”. They couldn’t help me either, so they send me to Administration who acknowledged that I’m registered, but no help or apologies for not confirming me in any classes or sending me information on the classes, including time and location. Instead, they passed me off to the help desk, which of course is as worthless as Administration. They in turn passed the buck to Moodle Help desk, who then passed me back to Help desk, who then transferred me to Administration. I told Administration to un-enroll me since I cannot confirm that I am enrolled and I would never recommend this “institution “ for any courses. I wouldn’t allow them to walk my dog!"
