"Average pay levels out at about $10 per hour if you work out of Kingman because you lose a day waiting every time you head in to Cali. There is NO WAY to drive 10500 miles a month as a solo driver out of Kingman. The payroll staff changes the due date and time to be processed for payroll on a whim. They are also condescending and had the audacity to say “If we knew you wanted it,”. I’m sure if their check was short $1700 they would “want” it. Old equipment- over mileage - can’t or won’t fix equipment. Horrible communication standards. In addition, when you separate they will back date your last day causing you to lose your insurance without notice and no offer for Cobra to maintain coverage. It starts off good, but there is no “family” environment. This place is worse than any of the large carriers. Probably going bankrupt since being bought out by WTX. Shop guys are great, just working with what they’ve been dealt."
"Props to Gary. He was able to “easily” fix some trailer lights I had out that Loves in Memphis, TX said weren’t fixable without getting inside the trailer. (I was loaded.) Our company wasted $170 and he was able to fix it faster than they troubleshot it."

"Best place I've worked . Everyone is supportive. I like the loyalty the employees show in this company. Most workers are 10 to 35 years this speaks volumes. That's why I came to this reputable company and I love it too. Happy camper"
