"Hamburgers were the biggest rip off no bacon we order the bacon double cheeseburger got home it was a single cheeseburger nothing else but we ordered tours of tacos and she accidentally gave us a free ones so positive. As you can see by the picture they gave us a junior bacon cheeseburger and still know bacon but that's not what we ordered. (. This is a simple update , Jack-in-the-Box Auto robot keeps contacted me twice. And they keep saying corporate will contact me nobody's ever contacted me to make this right this is ridiculous"
"Staff/Manager coughing in the back without covering mouth. Water overflowing on the coffee/tea machine. Lack Luster customer service. Extra charge for cheese even though your meal is called a "cheeseburger." Satisfactory rating in last health inspection. I was unaware of the poor quality of this Jack in The Box until I came inside to eat. Usually I come through the Drive Thru and its slow, but now I understand why. Being short staff is no reason to be dirty or have poor customer service."
"I have never had an issue with this Jack in the Box. As a delivery driver for multiple apps, I frequent this Jack in the Box often. Today I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and everything on the order was correct except the chicken sandwich meat was old, hard and I couldn't even eat it. I hope this Jack in the Box doesn't start going down hill, as it's been my go to for a quick bite to while working. Not sure what happened with the chicken maybe old/bad oil but it was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever received."
"Very good service. Food is hot and delicious. I haven’t been to Jack In The Box for over 10 years. The burgers are a bit more expensive than the other fast food chain but they are good. They still have 2 Tacos for under $2."
