"I used to think that sometimes the person doesn't hear orders correctly, but even when using the app, confirming my choices, things like "add 2 sugars" is beyond human comprehension. I just wish McDs would just have a single "$10 Surprise Meal" for a menu since I'm always surprised at how badly they can mess orders up."
"This McDonalds is pretty good. Their customer service is commendable, they'll even make hot apple pies or fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon request. The only thing I can say to the negative would be that their ice cream machine is "out if order" far too frequently for my liking, but other than that it's a great place to get something quickly to fill you up."
"I placed a mobile order around 9:40 a.m. we got there approximately at 9:45 to 9:47 to pick it up in the drive-thru they told us we had to go wait install number one because our drinks were not ready Not sure how hard it is to make two coffees but obviously for this storm very difficult both dolls were full one and two so we had to go wait and curbside pickup number one watch the door nobody came out finally at 10:00 a.m. 10 minutes later actually 13 minutes later we pulled up by the door I went in asked them if we were ever going to get our coffees because now I'm going to be late for work One was ready the other was not oh we don't know what happened to it it was right there so they had to make another one need to say it wasn't even made right when I asked them are you sure this is the right one Yes that's it as they screamed at me the cashier so I took my drink and I left not happy service there really sucked today I would highly suggest getting more efficient workers that know how to do their job"
"Just paid $20 for 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 small fries that only had this many fries in it (see photo). To say I feel utterly ripped off is an understatement. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE for a MUCH BETTER VALUE. F this place for real"
