"I made a same day appt around 12:30PM for 2PM today. When I arrived 10 minutes early the studio was locked, so I waited until 10 minutes after 2PM. After 20 minutes of sitting in my car in 95 degree heat, I messaged the company and did not hear back, so I drove off. Will not be back as my time is valuable! I would leave 0 stars if I could for wasting my time."

"This place has improved my health! Alexa is so good at her job and beautiful person inside and out. My pain in my neck and back have become almost non-existent. I have been working with her for 3 months. I am going to continue for another 3 months for my shoulder. Alexa had really shown me techniques to strengthen my body equally left and right. Have all but stopped taking ibuprofen and Tylenol as I was taking couple times a week before I started program. You do have to do exercises at home but it's worth it! THANK YOU ALEXA!"
