"Just calling to schedule for an appointment I felt like an inconvenience. I initially asked if they had therapists available, but forgot to state that I wanted a female, when I mentioned it to the receptionist, she snapped back and said"well i was just going to explain that to you". It was pretty rude, but i get that everybody has bad days, so moving forward i I was told I had to fill out paperwork 72 hours prior to my appointment, if I did not my appointment would be canceled automatically and i would still be charged. Upon filling out the paperwork i realized some of their policies i did not agree to. I'm not sure how many people actually read their policies, but after all there questions and rules I felt like a criminal, just for wanting to be seen there. I called to cancel my appointment, I didn't even want to get started with this g group. No concern there either. I think they are more concerned w with rules, and who they can get to cancel rather than truly wanting to help and treat people."
