"I was going through one of the worst moments in my life because of panic. It didn't matter whether it was day or night, the panic attacks would come. Chest pains, pvc's (heart skips), shortness of breath you name it, i lived it. I cant believe it took me this long to find Randy, but im greatful I did. "Randy is a fantastic anxiety and panic therapy specialist. I began seeing her in early May after a massive rise in anxiety attacks that I had never had before. In the past, I just dealt with them by ignoring them and shrugging it off, but they got so bad I knew it was time to face the demons. Randy helped me get to the route of the anxiety and how to properly deal with it through coping mechanisms outside of medication and other crutches I was doing. After 2-3 months of working together, I have been able to notice what my triggers are and stop them before they escalate into an attack and haven't had any panic episodes in over 2 months. "Randy was so much help for me when I was going through some anxiety packed experiences. I was suffering from a mixture of social anxiety and slight panic attacks.
