"Wish I could put no stars. Went in today to buy a Switch controller. Found one with a $17.99 price tag, took it to register to purchase, rang up at $22.99, said that should be $17.99, not $22.99, the employee said well, that’s the price it’s ringing up, so that’s how much it is. I said, well having worked in the retail business for 20+ years, the expectation is the item would be given to me for the price on the tag. Employee responded with, you can ask the manager. I said sure, manager was near by, had heard the entire conversation, responded with, “ whatever it comes up in the register is the price, it must not have got changed right”,then continued to walk into the back room without another word. When did it change to the price on the tag means nothing? I do understand the customer is not always right, but it’s not my problem that the merchandise was mislabeled, that’s on you and your employees. I won’t be coming back to this location EVER!!!!!"
