"Dr. Cyr is a great doctor saw her for my surgery she explained the whole process of what will happen and even before surgery she explained everything again and asked to make sure it was something that I wanted to do. Very nice and I recommended a relative to see her also.Yes, there is rescheduling and that's frustrating but Dr. Cyr was worth the wait in my opinion."

"This really sucks to post 3 stars but I haven't had my baby yet and hope to change the rating. I want to like this office so badly but there is no communication whatsoever. I haven't met my delivery doctor yet, which is Dr Cyr and I'm in my third trimester already. I've met Hanh and she was awesome. I've been rescheduled 3 times in the last few weeks and two of those times, I was already in the parking lot of the office when they called me to reschedule. Its not a short drive for me so it is very frustrating. I'm hoping today they actually see me. Again... I want to like this place. I really would hate to change doctors this late in my pregnancy."

"The doctor I had really was decent, but the staff is absolutely horrible, some of the worst I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot when it comes to doctors' offices. If you want 10+ sneering, minimum wage young women milling around behind the front desk with access to your chart and private information--but not enough to do--this is your place. I was told point blank that even though I had just given them a copy of my insurance card, I had to rewrite all the numbers down on one of their dozens of forms that no one ever reads. (I have never had to do that at any doctor's office, have you?) I am never returning, and have found a much better place! For you, if you are having a baby, I think the doctors are decent, but as business owners, they suck at personnel management."

"If I could give Dr. Cyr 5 stars, I would. But this review is for the office in general. I've been coming to this office or 10+ years. Dr. Cyr has always been amazing and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. This office lost me as a patient early 2023 when I called regarding a possible miscarriage. The office staff asked that I come in for blood work ONLY, I would not be seeing a Dr or a Nurse practitioner that day, but that I would be asked to come back 2-3 days later for a follow up. Likely a scenario they hear about often, but as someone who was experiencing this for the first time, I did not understand why this was their protocol. Send me home scared and not know what was to come? I was to wait 3 days to find out if my baby was going to survive? There is no way I will ever be returning, and I encourage you to find an office that will treat you with the empathy and care YOU deserve. Now moving on to the front staff. Again, a patient of 10+ years. I get we all have bad days but the hostility and the condescending tone the staff always had during my visits or phone calls was consistent. Extremely rude and unfriendly. I never looked forward to my interactions with anyone other than with Dr. Cyr and her medical assistants. The billing for this office is EXTREMELY outdated. My last visit was Nov 2022 and I am only just getting medical bills sent to me. Very hard to keep track of what you have already paid or if you are being double charged. There were times when I wouldn't even get a bill, and was told in my next yearly woman exam that I had an outstanding balance. If there was a question for what the bill was, I would have to go to a back office IF they were available and endure their horrible attitudes."

"I’ve been coming to this office for 24+ years. I was lucky enough to have Dr Hahn deliver both my daughters (they are 24/20 now). She has always been straightforward and thorough when I’ve had questions. She is easy to talk to, explains things so I understand and I truly trust her. During my pregnancies and other unrelated serious female health concerns, everything was taken care of and handled appropriately. I feel this office actually cares about my health by the way things have been followed up and handled professionally. I’ve been seeing Whitney Padgett for the last few years and she is also wonderful. The office staff has also always been professional during my visits. Excellent care, not a single complaint from me."
