"When I walked in, I was handed a clipboard by the check-in lady who was on the phone for the next hour. Then I was called back for the pregnancy test I was there for and the 2nd lady was a nightmare...I didn't get her name, but I told her I had a few questions regarding pregnancy. While I was asking her, she looked at me like I was dumb and made me feel the questions I was asking her were bothersome and her responses felt aggravated. Very rushed conversation and was shown NO genuine care. I really don't know how this place has 5 stars. I feel more welcomed and cared for at a Planned Parenthood than this place full of pretentious workers who judge you. I cannot speak for Dr. Howard as I've never met with him, but the initial interaction I got from the front desk was awful and I won't be coming back because of it."
