The day I left a message for an inquiry about an outdoor speaker city he not only gave me a call within hours, he was on site to provide a quote and potential layout. On the day of installation the crew that did the install was efficient, personable, and professional. "Kevin at Automated Environments did a fantastic job helping me troubleshoot a defective power supply patched to one of my TVs on the Control4 system. The company that did the original Control 4 installation in my new Fulton home, did not offer troubleshooting over the phone, and I would have had to wait for 5 weeks for a service call. These systems can cost between 5-10K, and when you invest that kind of money, you expect timely service when there is a problem. Kevin came through over the phone, and if a service call was necessary, he would have been there in 2 days, not 5 weeks. I went to his shop, picked up the new power supply for $25 and presto, all is good and working. He even had the part in stock, how good is that. If you want a Control4 system, Automated Environments is place to go. What good is the system if you cannot get timely service. A big thank you to Kevin."
