"We don't get out to the theaters in the valley much and we felt completely disregarded as patrons. We went in the early afternoon during the slow time and were asked if we were loyalty members. We said no, we don't go to Harkins very often because we don't live close. No problem. Then we proceed to get popcorn and soda. We got the extra large popcorn fully expecting to get the refill as we debated this in front of the clerk. She asked if we were loyalty members but didn't state why or encourage us to join. Mind you there was no one waiting in line behind us... We said no, and went on our way to watch Beekeeper, a movie based off of people taking advantage of others, especially the elderly! We come back to get our refill and get told because we don't have a loyalty number we cannot get our refill! No one offers to make an exception. The clerk was the same one that sold us the popcorn before the movie. Still no crowds. No reason not to be decent and treat customers like they are valued."
"Overall pretty tidy. I walked up to the window to get tickets with no wait. I was only being 1 person in line to get snacks. Snacks were good, i got a kids pack easily. Movie sounds and quality good. Temperature good. Regular folding seats."
"I always enjoy going to a Harkins Theater. Staff are always pleasant and place is kept clean. Popcorn and nachos are our go-to and they never disappoint. We saw Godzilla Minus One and really enjoyed it! Highly recommend it and this theater made the experience better. Nice, large screen in a large room and loud speakers. This was a very nice theater to go to"
"This theater doesn’t get the business that the other theaters get, so it’s a great place to go see a movie just released that weekend. People say it’s because they don’t have the reclining seats. I don’t need a reclining seat. I came to see a movie, not take a nap. The customer service here is always phenomenal. They have done a really good job of hiring competent, friendly staff. The theater is up-to-date and they have decent prices, especially if you hit a matinee."
