"Horrible service from Noreen Lawlor. Noreen lied to my husband and I about our coverages just to sell the policy. Noreen tried to up-sale other un-needed coverages to our family. In my experience Noreen Lawlor sold us a renters insurance policy in an unethical way, by being extremely misleading and untruthful. Noreen does not know how to remain professional, this showed when she hung up on my husband mid sentence, while he inquired on our “alleged” coverages. She left myself and our family in a state of extreme peril during an emergency because of her outright lies. She is not an agent that has her customers needs in mind and is a very self centered person who lacks empathy and a moral compass. Steer clear of this horrible agent and choose someone else, because this agent clearly doesn’t care about those she is selling policies to."
