"I'm lucky to live a couple miles from this Costco. We don't go inside often. I tend to go crazy and buy too much! But we will usually get our gas here. The lines are long, but they move quickly and I try to work a Starbucks stop in right before our fill up! Quick tip though... I've recently downloaded other gas stations apps and have found I can actually get gas at a better price without the crowds so I might have to find another reason to stop by my favorite Starbucks (besides the coffee)!"
"I’ve been going to this Costco for years and watched it going downhill over the last few. People are treated like cattle. Costco puts the old stuff upfront even if it’s expired. In the meat department, I have witnessed meat that has expired and still out. When I questioned the attendant, He said they had just put it out. I’ve been repeatedly charged twice for same items. Sometimes I catch It at the store other times I don’t until I get home. Some times, the double charges were caught at the door. Last year I purchased a diamond ring of which was labeled 1.49 karat. But when it was all said and done, it was only 1.1 carat. I returned it which took weeks to process. This is a huge chain store so issues are bound to happen, and I completely understand, but it is happening repeatedly. Better management is needed And better. treatment of the public is needed. Expired food should be removed from the shelves and not forced down peoples throats."
"Although the parking lot was pretty full. The warehouse was easy to navigate. We found everything we were going for with no issue. The employees were friendly. The gas station was busy but once you got in as long as you didn't pick the first two islands. we got in a line that we were going to be next, once the two in front of us were done. I am a Costco employee but not in the state of Arizona."
"I've been going to this Costco since 2019 as an executive member. The prices and local deals are pretty good for most items. Staff is great and store is well kept. It does get very packed during snow bird season however."
"While all Costcos appear to be the same, this one has exceptional customer service. You can always find someone if you need assistance. Their food court is insanely busy, but the people working there are organized, efficient, and quick. The place is always stocked, and the checkout lines, while seemingly long, are very quick."
