A very serious mistake was made when a phone message from my assailant, who described the accident he caused and took full responsibility for it, was DELETED by Fischer-with no backup ! Even the Farmers claim agent was appalled at that."

In short- the discussion turned ugly and that’s unfortunate considering the implications that reverberate through reviews such as this. This derisive tone is highly unnecessary, especially in consideration of your position as a insurance sales agent. Too make it clear- working in an environment that should routinely be diplomatic to the types of impacting involvement (because you deal with insurance aspects that affect your customers both directly and indirect) should leave you very aware of how you handle yourself proficiently and politely."
"I highly discourage anyone from visiting this agent, I was just laughed at for my rates going up, how few options were available, and how expensive it would be for how long. When dealing with customers these represtatives joke more than calculate and frequently confuse their numbers, cars, policies, names, and about anything else on the account. Will be removing them from my life soon after too many years putting up with terrible service, terrible prices, and no availability."
