"This place absolutely used to be 5 stars. I've been coming here for 3 years because I'm an epileptic and unfortunately, it's caused me to be my doctors guineapig to find a medication regime that works for me. I come here so much that rhe staff and I practically knew each other by name, which I looked as a good thing until today. There was one instance in which I was unable to get a prescription that is needed on a daily basis known as xcopri for epilepsy. Wrote it off as a one off , and gave myself more time in case it ever happened again. We'll today it did and I swear to God I have never heard more apathy and a run around from these guys, between sending me to a different CVS that never had my prescription in the first place, to it'll be here at 11am, to talk to my doctor. What happened to you people/what is wrong with you and how can you work in this industry with an attitude like that? People need help. You are there to help. Never coming back."

"I filled my prescription at this location because my CVS pharmacy was out of stock. The staff members who helped were easy to work with, helpful and answered all of my questions. They filled my script in a timely matter without delay. Thank you!"

"Came in today, was helped by Alexis. She was wonderful, very kind. Anyways, this KAREN came in right before me and started complaining because apparently she was dumb enough to wait 15 minutes in line for a pharmacy window that was CLEARLY closed. They were short staffed meaning TWO people and she could not keep up with two lines and she explained that but the lady got upset and stormed off. I GET people are lazy and being overweight makes it hard to get up and walk inside but poor Alexis did not deserve the mental abuse she received today. I’m sorry Alexis, it was not you-it was her. You were very kind to my husband and I and we appreciate you helping me when I’m sick. Thank you and keep shining."

"This will be my 2nd negative review for this location. I've also posted nice reviews and really didn't want to post another negative one however, the IMPORTANCE of my last experience on Thursday January 19, 2023 can't go unreviewed as I feel it important enough for others to be in the know so they can be aware to never assume you're getting what YOU SHOULD BE GETTING!! When I went through the drive thru to pick up my meds, I would expect and assume what the pharmacy is giving me is a CORRECT PRESCRIPTION. I drive away, get home and realize I was given a refill of an OLD prescription from 2022! That prescription was changed to take 2/day from an original take 1/day back in October 2022. So I thought, maybe my doc changed it back to 1/day. I messaged my PCP to ask what changed, he didn't respond to me until Monday 1/23/23 and said "he didn't change anything, looked like the pharmacy filled it wrong". I immediately called the pharmacy, discussed the situation and was told, Yes, in fact they'd filled it wrong!!! I guess all I can say is THANK GOD it wasn't a LIFE THREATENING medicine that NEEDED TO BE FILLED CORRECTLY!!! CVS needs to START HIRING BETTER EMPLOYEES!!! Especially when it comes to people's MEDICINES!!!"
