"The people here are great. They are always efficient when checking me out and looking things up. I’m so disappointed by all the bad reviews blaming the workers for prescription delays. It’s not their fault when they’re backed up and overworked."

"If it were possible, I would give it fewer stars. The staff at this location is absolutely horrible. I have seen them berate and be disrespectful to other patients numerous times. They treat people so poorly and could not care less. Review after review on here confirms that and it's time for management to step in and make some significant changes. They take FOREVER to fill any prescriptions, and they are rarely ready at the estimated time. However, the much larger issue though is the unprofessional and rude staff. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again, and I strongly encourage others to avoid this pharmacy."

"Great improvement in this pharmacy in the last year!! I first tried to use this pharmacy when it opened 18 months ago I did not have a good experience. Since they changed pharmacists and hired additional staff I have come back to them and have been very pleased. Especially since this is where I like to grocery shop. They are awesome!!"

At least at this location. Caring professionals dedicated to helping??? Snobbiest most out of line individuals I’ve ever encountered at a place of service especially a healthcare provider every time it’s almost like you’re bothering them by just doing their job, it’s almost dreadful to know I have to go pick up every month. It seems as if each every single one of them does not want a job and is bothered they’re even having to interact with anyone. No smiles, at times even it’s like they want to be confrontational and defensive, as if they know it all and you’re just a nuisance. Speaking to the managing pharmacist goes no where yes nice but seems as if he is so intimidate by his own staff he can’t even apologize for their behavior and change the whole experience for the better. Without failure this place continues to disappoint. Closest to my house but at this point should probably switch and take a longer drive somewhere else. I’d be happy to speak with some one from corporate seems as if that’s the next step as well. It’s unprofessional and inexcusable."

"This pharmacy does all they can with the staff they have, and they do a great job! They have been short-staffed since opening, and everyone in the medical field has been experiencing this problem since Covid became an issue. Every one of the employees at this location is a Rock Star, they are always honest with me about refill wait times and anything else. I will remain a faithful and Patient customer to this pharmacy. Keep up the good work!"
