CVS Pharmacy

"I only use this pharmacy when I visit here in Mesa during the winter months. Most of the time I get great service and sometimes not. I know and understand that a shortage of help can hinder service but having to order my prescriptions can take days to get at times. I am told they have to get them from their warehouse and that’s the problem. Hopefully this will improve in time."

"This went from being the best pharmacy to being the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. The new staff are rude, inconsiderate, and slow. They are only there for a paycheck and the patient doesn’t matter to them at all. Stay away from here. There is a standalone CVS within two miles. Go there."

"I just went to this CVS 12/15 at 5pm today and the lady mid 50s with long blond hair wearing glasses here was really unhelpful. I asked her that I needed a certain drug and all she said is that “it’s over there on that row”. I repeated I needed to apply it to a sensitive area and she just said “it’s over there”. She looked very annoyed. I did check all the shelves several times and read through all the drugs before I asked her so I’m sure I did not see the one I needed. Please improve customer service skills if you work at a pharmacy as you are responsible to help people who are in need! Went to Walgreens and they did help me better"

"I am from out of town and found myself in need of a prescription that I had not brought with me. Time was of the essence. I love Target so naturally I called their pharmacy to see if they could contact my pharmacy back home and transfer the prescription here to have it filled for me. The technician I spoke to advised me that it would be a 72 hour waiting period before they could call my pharmacy. When I advised her that time was of the essence, she told me that they are in the process of transferring everyone's prescriptions from Target and I would just have to wait. I advised her that my pharmacy back home is not a Target pharmacy and I was just looking to them for help. She offered to move me up in the cue and I might be able to get my prescription in 24-48 hours. She told me how difficult it would be to have my prescription moved to their store and then have it moved back to my home store again and that I should reconsider having it moved here in the first place. When I insisted that I had to have it today, she strongly suggested that I contact another pharmacy. That was a wonderful suggestion that I gladly followed. I contacted the amazing staff at the Walgreens pharmacy at 420 S. Sossaman Rd. Walgreens will have my prescription in my hand within a couple of hours and handled my call with professionalism and appreciation for my business. With so many other great options out there, I have no need to bring my business to CVS or this Target pharmacy."
