"Not a great experience. Pharmacy tech was very unkind and spoke with a lot of unwarranted attitude. She also asked for my insurance card and gave it back rolling her eyes saying that it wasn’t insurance. It is, I use it everywhere and called Kaiser afterwards to make sure. I ended up having to pay out of pocket because of her lack of patience. Maybe she was having a bad day but speaking to people with such impatience and disdain just isn’t okay. Very disappointing."
"Waited almost an hour only to check with them again and find they'd messed up the order and attached it to someone else. TWO other customers had their orders delayed and messed up "because got busy with other customers and forgot" I heard her tell one of them as I was waiting for mine. Not a good pharmacy team, or perhaps just a bad day for them either way, won't be returning to this location!"
