"Every pharmacist I've ever spoken to has been pleasant, patient with excessive questions, have gone the extra mile with contacting my doctors, refills on time, shipping is insanely fast as well. I always get follow up calls and auto refills if I want them. They always notify me in a timely manner about any changes with formulary via insurance, they are prompt with any insurance changes as well and make sure they always have everything on file so as to not charge you when it is not necessary/charge you more when insurance has a lower copay amount/oop cost. Very professional and kind people in that office and never had a bad experience with them. I can't remember the names of every person I've spoken to there, but Melissa is the most recent person I spoke to there and she was fantastic. Being in the customer service industry in the past, this goes a long way. It's always a good experience for anyone who may not be having a good day, or an "okay" day to get off a call or leave their office feeling better than before , after any interaction with them. This is not a fake review in case any of you are wondering. I very seldom leave reviews and when I have, i usually leave s-word feedback on businesses. "My referral was sent here. They did not contact me. I reached out, paid and was told my time sensitive prescription would be delivered that Thursday. It didn't arrive and I recieved no calls. I followed up and was told they didn't know what had happened. This prescription requires bloodwork and monthly visits wherein I now have to start over and they literally had no explanation. I am beyond upset. I would not use them for your prescriptions."

"Overcharged medications. My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy because it was “cheaper” and I ended up spending over $100 on my prescriptions. Yesterday, I transferred one of my refills to Walgreens for convenience and my cheapest prescription which was about $10.00 turned to $1.00. Who knows how much I could of saved with the other ones… Be careful and please check to see if there is a cheaper pharmacy with your insurance!!!!"

"This is a GREAT pharmacy for specialty dermatology medications, and they work their magic to find coupons. I paid only $10 for a brand-name only medication that costs hundreds of dollars. That is absolutely amazing! Additionally, their at-home delivery service makes it so convenient. No need to drive all the way there from Phoenix! A+ service!"
