"My normal pharmacy currently takes at least 48 hours to fill a prescription. I get it and usually we can plan ahead enough that it is not a problem. That being said, trips to my normal pharmacy are frustrating and take forever! The customer service at synergies blew me away. I asked for an eta and expressed concern that we were headed out of town for the weekend. They said they would do their best to fill it tomorrow before we left and then exceeded expectations by filling it this afternoon! They took their time to answer my questions, they were responsive to phone calls and proactive about telling me what to expect as far as timing, cost, and side effects. In such a stressful situation they were able to truly relieve so many of my worries and work with me so I knew what to expect going forward. I would give them 100 stars if I could. One last note, I have a toddler at home and every time we get antibiotics for her I have to ask for the little cap that makes it easier to fill the syringe and 70% of the time it doesn’t fit. My script today had the cap preloaded and it fits perfectly! Update: I called to get a refill a few days before it would normally be due and the pharmacist suggested setting up automatic refills with delivery. I know a lot of other places offer this but once again I am blown away by just how many ways this pharmacy gets it right. They took all of the things that normally make getting and refilling a prescription feel like a chore and made them just disappear."

"Lot of great things to say about my experience with this place! My prescription was filled same day just a few hours after my physician sent it. I called to ask how long it would be and was told they could take my number and text me me it was done, definitely a huge plus. I was super impressed that he also asked me if i would like peppermint flavoring to my medications. I had meant to ask for it myself but had forgotten, I really appreciate the extra step to try to help me have a better experience with the medicine. I picked up in person, the pharmacy is very clean, modern, and everyone present was friendly. I also don't think I could find a better price for this medication. I have also been able to take advantage of the delivery service, I have always received my medication the next day with delivery being just an extra 4$. They are always pleasant, I never wait long, and filling my rx is an easy process."
