"If you need your medications filled within 48 hours, *do not* fill your prescriptions here. Simply put, this place is mismanaged. I wish anyone involved with the management of this place took a minute to check these reviews. They’re all spot on! I admit, I have had a few decent interactions with the staff, but by and large, they are curt, dismissive, and lack any sense of personal responsibility for their own mistakes. At best, I get my prescription filled within 48 hours if I call to follow up with an already-requested prescription fill’s status (because they didn’t fill it when they got the request)., and at worst, I get hung up on *multiple times* when inquiring if a medication is able to be filled, since they haven’t been able to have it filled in more than a week. ***I’ve even had controlled medications filled with an unexplainable quantity of the medication missing! And no, these have not been “partial fills”*** I’m sure you can imagine what kinds of assumptions they make and claim when you bring it to their attention…."

"I'll call a day in advance sometimes to start the refill, and the next day it hasn't even been started, often sending me away for 15 min while they rush to fix the issue.. so, great customer interaction, but poor computer management system. Maybe slightly understaffed. Maybe computer system need upgrading. The pharmacists themselves go above and beyond though."

"I actually really like the pharmacist and one of the techs here, and they seem to be the ones who have been here the longest. They build rapport, answer your questions, and are friendly. The tech recommended to me that I get the Frys prescription card because it would reduce the cost of one of my prescriptions by about $20/month and only costs about $35/year. This was extra handy when I was laid off from my job and had a break in insurance until I started my new one. My main gripe about this pharmacy is that your prescription will not be filled until you go to pick it up. One I picked up today was called in 8 days ago. HOWEVER, when you do go in to pick it up, they let you know it will be ready in 15 minutes and it will absolutely be ready in 15 minutes. Drop by the pharmacy to let them know you're there, do your grocery shopping, and come back before you leave. I genuinely think they are doing the best they can. The ones who are unfriendly don't usually seem to last long anyway."

"I only went to this pharmacy because others had the prescription I needed on backorder. I waited a day from the time my provider called in the prescription, to then call and inquire when it would be ready. The employee on the line was impatient, unkind, and unhelpful. When I had questions about my info/prescription they told me that I need to hurry up and not keep them on the line otherwise they will not be able to fill my prescription because of the long line of people waiting. I understand many places are understaffed, which can be stressful, but this behavior is inappropriate for customer service in the medical/pharmaceutical field."
