"Had to go to 2 separate Walgreens because they didn't have rx eyedrops at the first, which is not an issue. The big issue is they have staff inside as well as in the drive through so busy doing covid vaccines and drive through testing, that they can't get anything else done (witnessed this at 2 Walgreens in the same day). So it's taking forever just to get my 1 prescription for my baby's pink eye. Out of 6 people helped so far while standing in line, I'm the only one who isn't covid services related. This could be executed better."
