Walmart Pharmacy

"I transferred my medication from CVS to this Walmart pharmacy. I have never been treated this well by a pharmacy in my entire life. Special shout out to the Pharmacy Tech in training (Laura or Lauren I feel bad I completely forgot. I think I was too shocked by the great customer service) she was so nice and helpful. She deserves a raise and promotion because I am sticking with this Walmart pharmacy in part due to her customer service. The other staff is extremely helpful too!"

"I have never had my prescriptions here but after calling a few other pharmacies, this was the only location that offered information about my medication and the shipment status. Andrea was super helpful and polite, which was a suprise after speaking with a few other pharmacies in my area. I pick up my other family members medication here and have never had any issues doing so."

"First I will start that I never write bad reviews. I will only spend my time writing good reviews for places that that have given me great service and that they deserve me spending my time off of work writing. However today I was felt as though I was a criminal filing a legitimate anxiety medication for my dog. This script was not called in by my Veterinarian I actually went in with a hand written script signed not stamped by my dogs verteinarian. I do get another prescription filled here for Prozac since Walmart price is only $4. My dog is crippled with fear. He has been laying in my bathroom, shivering, any noise made outside is magnified for him. It's sad to watch my dog go through this process. Trust me I do not want to have my dog on medications. I have tried other supplements and while seeing no outcome or benefits at this time I was given a medication that is controlled to help relieve some of my dogs stress so he will eat and not sleep in my bathroom at night. It's not only stressful to watch my dog go through this but to feel like I am a criminal adds extra stress into the mix of it all. The medication was paid for already was just picking it up to be told she didn't feel comfortable sending it with me and she was returning back to stock and refunding my money while all along making no eye contact with me which is very unprofessional. I went to another pharmacy explained my situation which I had explained to Tigest the pharmacist at Walmart. The new pharmacy knowing my situation will gladly give me my script for my dog and not feel as though I am selling them on the corner. Btw my Veterinarian is out of town but did take the time from his day to call and talk to Tigest regarding the legitimate script he had written and sent home with his patient. So don't take a script for a controlled medication to this pharmacy it's already embarrassing enough to be on controlled meds as it is this pharmacy will make you feel even worse."
