"This has been our favorite CVS since moving here in 2017. But we had an unacceptable experience there today that I am still fuming over. We parked and I went to get a shopping cart for my 80 year-old, disabled mother to push so she could shop around in there. There were no carts outside the store, so I went inside, and found NO carts. Then I began looking in the aisles and NOT ONE customer had a shopping cart, there were NONE! So I asked an Associate if they had any carts, and he said "No, sorry.". I said "But there aren't any inside or outside, you can't have zero carts can you" to which he simply shrugged and said "People steal them, sorry". WTH? Every cart disappeared overnight? No one thought to order more carts? Or borrow some from another CVS? Seriously? We may not go back there again, we went to the one at Peoria and 99th and shopped away with a beautiful, new-looking shopping cart! Unreal."
